@CraigS sure, it's MacOS 10.13.4 with a 2017 15" Touch Bar Macbook Pro. I didn't have a 10 second lag as DBW was reporting but it was at least a few seconds and very disrupting to usual workflow.

@CraigS I can confirm I'm having the same issue with latency problems and a Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 interface with Logic X and the new Screenflow 7.3 driver. I've had to revert back to 7.2
