Export iTunes with chapters

Hi
I have the source 24fps progresive. When I make the chapters points and exporting it to the itunes package then the metadata.xml file containts wrong timecode_format. It has to be 24/1 1/ nonDrop but 24/999 1000/nonDrop. Question is: what I do wrong?

Perhaps the difference between 23.98 and 24fps time code.

Sorry, maybe I wrote it wrong.
If I use 24 fps exactly or 23.976 fps, then both videos produces "24/999 1000/nonDrop". I want get "24/1 1/nonDrop" from 24 fps video and "24/999 1000/nonDrop" from 23.976 fps video.
    I speak about attribute "timecode-format" in metadata.xml (<timecode_format>24/999 1000/nonDrop</timecode_format>) in chapters.

    Thanks.

Are you getting an iTunes package rejection in Switch 3.0.3?
Can you post a screenshot of the report window?

Just to be clear, is Switch itself showing an error when it create the iTunes Package?
Switch should catch an error like that. Please confirm.

If Switch doesn't show the error when creating the package please do report it.
Include the QC house report and we may ask you for your source file as well.
