Whenever I stop my countdown timer it shows the time of day, then when I click resume it resets the timer and starts again. Is there a way to pause the time and start it again?

I´m on a Macbook pro with Catalina 10.15.1 and Wirecast 13.0.1

  • CraigS Is this fixed?

  • Lars Thomle Always email support with your case number asking for a status update. Sometimes I can't comment publicly on these issues.

  • Has this issue been resolved yet? I’m having the same issue

  • Steven Wich We are working on it. We have posted Wirecast 13.1 Beta if you'd like to test. There's a Beta forum with that version for download.

  • I am currently running the 13.1.0 version and the issue of the countdown clock switching to time of day when stopped is fixed. The problem now is that there doesn't seem to be a way to adjust the duration of the countdown itself and it only displays 5:00. Are there any thoughts on this issue?

  • Steven Wich We have another beta update coming out shortly which may fix this. Please keep beta discussion in the beta forum because the developers are looking there for feedback.
