Please make sure you're running from an Admin account.

Then Reboot the computer and start Episode again.
You can try deleting:
It sounds like there's an issue with your install. Delete Episode, reboot and reinstall.
Please install in an Admin account.
Please disable all virus checking.
You mention this happened "today" which implies it previously was working. That does sound odd that you can find most of the files I referenced. At the very least, rebooting should free up the one file you found.
