Telestream Cloud Services
Restream and Live Captions.
I am having some issues when trying to restream to single or multiple destinations using the Telestream Cloud. Wirecast keeps crashing too. Seems to work fine when logged out of Telestream Cloud. Any thoughts or suggestions are welcomed.
(For now, I'll just use another vendor to send to my destinations).

Mr. Thompson Make sure you email support with your case number and any additional tests you've tried and failed.

For some reason my RTMP streaming isn't even workingIf you mean outside of our Cloud service then perhaps the issue isn't the cloud at all.

Ive tried everythingWe'd really need to know what everything is. That it does work for others means something hasn't been addressed or tried. It's hard to know what to recommend because it's not clear what you tried.
Did you disable your Firewall for example? -
CraigS Yes, my firewall is off. I’ve also done everything “Kitty” asked to no avail.
I sent Kitty my hardware information in an attempt to recreate my situation to see what the issue is...
Could it possible be I have a delayed version of wirecast?
It seems as if I have the same exact issues as the original poster of this thread.

Mr. Thompson It's possible it's related.
Can you test from a nearby location, even if it's at home with just trial software?
If it's specific to workplace they may have a firewall on the network that you can't disable. If you're streaming to Facebook it would be RTMPS but you should be able to stream RTMP to YouTube for example. -

So it went through to periscope, but not twitter for some reason.I think Twitter requires one to go through Periscope as per Twitter's API. The location indicates it's still RTMP.
