
Error in processing video files
Hi Team,
I get below error on our media servers while processing any type of video files.
Could you please advise what could be the issue and possible resolution? We have flip factory installed on these.

The log has these details. It fails for almost all types of videos. So depending on the type of video source format and target format are different. FlipFactory version is 6.7.
User "<>" posted event "dm_mediaserver_error" with this message: "The Profile with object ID: 080186ab80846698 and Name: telestream_registration failed to execute for the document with object ID: and Name: , Source Format: quicktime, Source Page Modifier: , Target Format: quicktime, Target Page Modifier: . When I run the Server Status Inquiry from License Tool on host , I see bunch of these messages
This is the correct node for this node-locked license, but
I don't know if the license-key is good or not

Not seeing a FlipFactory 6.7 in the version history. Can you confirm the version number?
Since it seems to be reporting a licensing issue it's possible it's phoning home and the license failed given the age of the product.
You can contact support but support has ended. They might be able to tell you if there's a licensing server issue and a possible workaround although they may tell you to upgrade to Vantage. -

Thanks for your response. Do you know why would the server would start processing older assets? This is very strange issue now happening.
Currently both the servers are accessing older assets in their queue and trying to process them? Is there a place where the older ids are stored and is there a way to clear them so that only new assets are picked up? Thanks a lot !!!
