Elgato DeckXL Multi-Action Bug
My StreamDeck multi-action setups lose their connection to shots when the computer restarts.
The setups still remain in effect in the Elgato app, with the associated commands to wirecast (shot selections, Go)
But they don't function after a restart without my going in and changing the shots selected to different shots and then changing them back to the intended shot.
That fixes the problem, but it is unworkable to have to resetup each one individually each day after computer shutdown.
Not sure if this is something through our Wirecast or Elgato. Would appreciate any feedback to resolve.

Is this specific to Wirecast Public Beta 14.0 as you've posted in the Beta forum?
If you're using the Beta please test in the release version Wirecast 13.1.3 and post in the non-beta forum.-

Thom P Please test in 13.1.3. If it's a StreamDeck issue the beta may not be a factor. We're doing work with the plugin.

CraigS I'm afraid my project is 14 beta and won't work in 13.1.3 so this is just to note this is an issue in the latest beta

Also the plugin of Wirecast for the Streamdeck is not working properly, after some time into the streaming sessions when you want to change some shots i takes forever to reaction. But if you select one shot manually with the mouse and the try the stream deck, works instantly, but then if you wait like 5 minutes it takes forever again to change shots with stream deck

Jonathan Castañeda We're updating the plugin. There's a known issue with it and it will take a very long time to respond.

Jonathan Castañeda Thom P I actually reported this a while back (was speaking with Craig about it). It was creating hangs even if you locked it in then changed Elgato profiles or a subfolder. I also opened up a ticket with Elgato because the issue is not exclusive to Wirecast. With Streamlabs OBS, I also have to open up the Stream Deck app to connect a lot of times.
I suggest you also open a ticket with Elgato about this because I think they have some sort of throughput issue because I've seen other people complaining about sluggishness with the deck too. https://help.elgato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

We're implementing fixes to the Wirecast plugin when we will then give to Elgato to distribute.
Thom P Do report to them as well as there may be something they can fix to help the other programs impacted by these issues. -
CraigS Any idea when the new version of the plug in will be ready? its frustrating that changing on simple shot takes forever...

Jonathan Castañeda We're making that decision shortly. There's always the thought if we should get "just one more thing" in there. It should be soon though. I wish I could be more specific. Sorry.

Having this problem a lot with WC 14.0.4 and Streamdeck XL. Affects wirecast multi shot and even my Elgato key lights (their own gear).
Any update on this?

Kent Langley Update the Streamdeck Wirecast plugin to 1.1 and rebuild your shots in Streamdeck.
