Exporting issues

I created a video on my iPhone. I uploaded it into screenflow. It’s a TikTok video that I am creating. When I export the video and view it on my phone, the quality is poor. However, when I view it on my computer or another computer, the video quality is great. 


What export configurations do you recommend to maintain the high quality footage?

    What are your export settings?
    Since it looks good on the computer but not on the phone perhaps Tik Tok is doing something or maybe we can look at what might be the best settings for Tik Tok. 
    Generally increasing the datarate in the export settings can help since Tik Tok may be recompressing the video again.

    TikTok Max File size: 287.6 MB. For TikTok video ads, the maximum is 500 MB.
    Since increasing the datarate increases the file size it might give you an idea of how much you can set the datarate to.

    ScreenFlow gives you an estimated file size.
    So Customize and raise the Datarate setting and then check Estimated File Size.
