
Camera very Laggy
Hi; I have just installed Screenflow 10. MacBook Pro (2020), Logitech C920 Webcam, MacOS Big Sur 11.4
The camera is very laggy - only occasionally updates the recording.
Screenflow 9 continues to be fine, as do other apps - Zoom.us / etc.
Is this a known problem? I couldn't see it being reported.

having the same problem with a new Mac Mini. I'm currently using a cheap webcam, which works fine and records fine with all other apps, but when recording with Screenflow, it acts like an old webcam from 2010-----patchy and scratchy movement. I'm hoping to purchase SCreenflow, since I haven't had a Mac for a long time and this was one application that I missed a lot. Will this be fixed?

I have just contacted support with exactly the same issue. iMac 4Ghz, 32gb RAM, running Big Sur 11.4."When I start recording from Screenflow 10.0.0.2 (webcam recording, screen recording, USB mic recording enabled) I see NOTHING on screen- no Screenflow interface. I record blind. When I review the recording I see horrific lag in video recording although the audio is clear. I have reformatted my Mac and have created my users folder on a different volume on same internal drive. Could this be in an issue? I have a screen recording showing the issue but not sure if a 360mb upload will be allowed in the forum.
Really wish I had not deleted Screenflow 9 as it ran perfectly!
