stuttering the preview screen and live screen

What kind of situation does a drop frame occur?
There are customers who are stuttering the preview screen and live screen of Wirecast, and the drop frame count continues to increase at the bottom of Wirecast while streaming and recording on the computer.
(What I suspect is that the GPU utilization rate is low, but the temperature remains near 50°C, so I doubt it is malfunctioning.)

     Please update to 14.3.1.
    There may have been improvements that reduce dropped frames.
    If you're still seeing dropped frames you must report complete workflow and specs so we can reproduce the issue as it's not clear what you are doing or your system resource utilization.
