The "xxxx.scc" document could not be opened.

One error message has been showed while i press "stop recording", stating that there're some error while saving the file. But the file will still be saved in the file "ScreenFlow Data". When i open the file, it showed that [The "xxxx.scc" document could not be opened.] This error has happened for several time but will only appears when i'm having a long recording like longer than 30 mins. How should i solve this? Thank you.

      CraigS It's MacbookPro 13inch 2020 Two Thunderbolt 3 ports

      RAM: 8GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3

      There're still 86.94GB available in total of 250.69GB in my drive.

      What's connected means?

      I would like to know if there are any means that i can try to restore and open the screenflow file cuz that recording is important to me, thank you so much for replying!

     External monitors, peripherals of any type including hubs and docks.

     Hold Shift and Help Menu and select Recover which recovers .scc files.
    If you can't find the file at all use Open Temporary Folder.

      Kayi Lui There's a variety of causes that are difficult to determine but we were able to build a fix for the file though.

      If the issue and config are repeatable for you we may be able to determine the element but repeatability is important.
