Jeremy Varao I'd test first to see if ScreenFlow sees you interface audio directly. I don't see any indication to use SoundFlower which is generally used to route audio from applications to other applications.

Can anyone tell me how to get the Motu microlite 2 to work with screenflow.

Tony Torres You may need to specify the version of ScreenFlow otherwise test in ScreenFlow 7. I suggest checking to see if Quicktime X can see it as an audio source first.

Tony Torres Test to see if you can get Apple Quicktime X and Apple GarageBand to see it and record audio. I want to make sure the computer and operating system are not having any issues using Apple software.

Tony Torres If I'm interpreting that correctly, System Preferences isn't seeing audio from the MOTU either. First I'd removed SoundFlow and any ancillary software (SoundFlowerBed if you have it) just in case that's interfering. Then Reboot the computer. It looks like your problem is not specific to ScreenFlow. You may also need to check any MOTU drivers installed.

Short Update on the Babyface Pro with latest driver. Under SF7 I still got the same problems as described above. Since I found my workaround I can live with it. Still sad though, that I just can't hit the record button.

Maik Winter It may be a system OS based issue though. Good that you have a workaround.
