Restream shorted me of minutes.

I subscribed to the Restream Level 1 for 500 minutes, but when I checked it in wirecast I was only given 400 minutes. 

What happened to the rest of my minutes?


Also during the new update to wirecast 13.0.2 It fixed my Restream issues and now I can Restream,  but I lost a lot of my trail minutes trying to rectify the issue.
