not capturing iphone video
I have an iphone 7 and screenflow7. I go to configure recording, select record ios device (it has my iphone 7 listed so it is seeing it) then i hit the record red button. It is only recording audio though and not any video. When i hit finish only the audio is showing up in screenflow, no video at all. THoughts?
Reset trusted computers on the iOS device
First Quit ScreenFlow and disconnect the iOS device from your Mac.
Next, check this apple article for instructions on how to do this:
