Desktop Presenter not working after downloaded

I have downloaded Desktop Presenter but is not working inside Wirecast Pro.

How can I activate the program ? I need to capture images from other PCs already working in my LAN. 

I would like to receive some backup assistance from your representative in Brazil if it is possible

  • I'd like to help but "not working" can mean many reasons. I'd need a more detailed description.

    Desktop Presenter uses port 7272. Firewall settings can be a problem. Desktop Presenter must be on the same subnet. There are some Microsoft programs that prevent capture from Desktop Presenter. Capturing the entire Monitor may work when capturing a Window (program window) doesn't.

  • I downloaded the updates for Wirecast (14.0) and then my Desktop Presenter stopped working.....that is Wirecast no longer captures the panels on my presentation computer.  All worked fine until the update.  What's going on?

      Will Ridgley Try using the free Newtek ScanConvertor It's much more recent and reliable technology that Wirecast sees as a source.
