Wirecast Virtual Camera (NDI sources) and Teams Live

Hope everyone reading this is safe and well :)

I'm producing a series of Teams Live Events and I'm using the built-in NDI broadcast capability to configure multiple presenters on the same screen by routing the webcams through Wirecast Virtual Camera.

So essentially I have 4 speakers who log in as presenters to the Teams Live Event, I then click "broadcast over NDI" which allows me to select them as individual sources over the network in Wirecast.. start my Virtual output and then in Teams Live Event, select my webcam (now Wirecast virtual camera) and broadcast the event.

However, this introduces a video delay of a few ms, because the audio of the presenters is transmitted directly via teams, whereas the video is routed through Wirecast..

Is there anything I can do to resolve/minimise video latency? I have set the application source latency to 50ms in preferences..

I'm using Wirecast 14.3, Big Sur and Teams are updated to latest versions. I don't have NDI runtime installed on my machine (don't think I need it..?)
