Demo Mode/Licensing Issue
Running Win. 10, v. 20H2 with Wirecast 6.0.8. When opening Wirecast I get "an error was encountered interreacting with the online store". Clicking OK or closing the box with the X automatically puts it in Demo mode. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still get the same thing. The previous options of "-" (remove) or deactivating the license is not there. The only option is to "+" (add) or purchase. Perhaps there is a key in the registry that needs deleted to get this out of Demo mode and back to normal? My license key is legit.

The activation server for that version is no longer supported. The current version of Wirecast is 15.2.
