Wirecast 15.0.1 not working with AVerMedia HD Capture GC573

Hi, I'm using an AVerMedia HD Capture GC573 and just upgraded to Wirecast 15.0.1, the card no longer works, all I get is a green box.
This card has worked perfectly with all prior versions of Wirecast (I was running Wirecast 14 up until today, again, with no problems until I upgraded to 15.)
Attached picture shows the output of the card.... No settings change makes any difference.
Again, this card was working just fine (and still works in OBS and Wirecast 14) until I upgraded to Wirecast 15 today....
thanks

What is your GPU model?
One issue we've seen is related to GPUs and Direct3D 12.
Update your GPU driver.
In Wirecast Preferences > Advanced > Render Engine and try setting that to Direct 3D 11.
Please answer each comment specifically so that I know that you've done them.

Hi Craig, Changed it to D3D 11, still no dice. The graphics driver is NVIDIA's latest studio driver, 512.59 , and the card is an RTX3080.
Obviously my capture card is old; it has been a while since I've purchased one, so let me ask your opinion -- are people moving more to NDI now to capture HDMI output from their cameras, ie, with devices like the birddog? Has that proven to be a reliable solution? I don't mind investing in the new hardware as long as it works, and stays working! All the devices here run through a gigabit switch, so my assumption is it should work for a small number of cameras at least?

Has that proven to be a reliable solution? There's potential network issues. It depends on the number of sources and network capacity.

What Windows OS do you have (include build number)? -
Hi Craig --
Windows 10 pro, whatever the latest stable build is (it is up-to-date)
In terms of settings, the camera itself is outputting 4:2:0 at 1920x10880 @ 60fps, as shown in the image. This worked perfectly with the same settings in Wirecast 14 (literally the only thing that changed was upgrading to 15.) I've also had success using 4:2:2 in wirecast 14, again this does not work at all in 15 -- no setting changes impact anything, even if I change the frame rate back to 30 from the camera and adjust the setting in wirecast, I get the same green square.
thanks

After resetting the computer the problem came back, even using the YCbCr 4:2:2 (YUY2) option.Sorry but it's not clear what you've done here.

the remote desktop also does not appear if I use DX12. With DX11 the remote desktop appeared.Separate issue. Please start another thread and it must have steps to reproduce because this involves LAN use.
