Unfortunately, the problem was solved only by restarting the server and restarting all playlists. If it is working now perhaps that solved the problem. Sometimes updating to a new version may impact a document.

we will conclude that they were due to the update. And that will give us important information to investigate.
If you now see the issue in 14.0x it may mean there's another issue.
There was also 14.1.1 between 14.0 and 14.2.1 which might be worth checking depending on your 14.0x results.

es, literally after a while. Maybe even right after compiling a playlist. So far we can't reproduce the issue with the material you provided. In our tests, it's never right after compiling a playlist though.
No other users have reported this. You need to give us an amount of time we should test for. -

We tried on different playlists, tried to add the file again. The same problem. In the Playlist select the file and Modify Duration.

Is this a software bug or what? We're not seeing this issue either. Perhaps there's an issue with the metadata of some of your files. In order to test we need a file that shows this issue.

The problem with the loss of frames was in that version as well. 14.1.1We need to know how to test for it. We don't see the issue. No other users are reporting it and we have many playlist users so we need very specific instructions from you. Using the files you sent us we good full frame rate on every single test with 14.2.1. So we need instructions.

Please check these files.
They are encoded simultaneously in the same format. But for some reason Wirecast accepts some files in the playlist, while others do not. I gave you a couple of workers and two non-working files.

Well, my colleagues and I will think about it. But I think that we are generally using the old version. This is not a problem. We don't break any rules. We will have another Wirecast update soon so please test that when it's released.

lease add functionality so that you can scroll the playlist up and down. I am unable to view the files that have been added. We're able to reproduce something similar to this.
We find resizing the window will 'redraw' the shots, and then you will be able to scroll to the last row of shots.
Does resizing his window enable you to regain scroll-control? -

With the broadcast turned off, we tried to delete several files, say 20-30. The program froze, eventually closed. We tried to delete 5-10 files, Wirecast hung again, but did not close. After a while, let's say 2-3 minutes, it would be possible to continue working. But if you delete all files at once by selecting the "Delete All" button, then Wirecast does not hang at all, but simply deletes everything and continues to work normally. Can you check it out? We'd need very specific details about files and assets to duplicate the issue.
It's possible that maybe there's a memory lead so perhaps monitor memory when deleting assets.
The number and size of files may be a factor for example. -

Wirecast does not see our NVIDIA driver in the settings. You still need to update any and all GPU drivers you have installed. You may also need to update DirectX. If Wirecast doesn't see GPU compatibility it will not start.

Hello Telestream team.
Guys, our management is seriously concerned about the quality of your software. We paid for it anyway, but we face several problems.
All last week we have been updating our servers, installing all the newest, drivers, video card, Wirecast program. But something goes wrong. I don’t know this because of the latest version or not. But as soon as we launch one channel, the drops begin. in a few seconds the number of drops increases from 0 to 500-600 and further increases. We had to install the old version 14.0 again. But it also has drops, although there are not many of them. As soon as we start the broadcast, it shows 2-3 drops immediately.
I don’t know why newer versions of Wirecast are throwing errors so often, but they are. It is impossible to work with new versions. I can record a video for you, or if you can set a time, you can even connect through AnyDesk and check everything yourself, view it. We look forward to hearing from you. thanks -
Hello Ilqar, Craig,
We have here the same problem, drop starts as soon as webcast begins, and it rapidly gets worse and worse, to the point that voices are totally garbled, and we rapidly have to stop the webinar, which is really not cool! The only temporary solution I found was to stop the recording, and then the drop is *slightly* better. But this is clearly no solution.
Craig, this does not seem to be a problem with the local computer, as everything otherwise works just fine. When I launch wirecast and start a webcast, wirecast rapidly uses as much as 90% of processor power, which is unbelievable. Until a few weeks ago (maybe before some update) it was peaking at 25-35% at most.
