Black screen in ScreenFlow M1 Mac

Hey 

 

I have just purchased the 14" MacBook Pro and I'm using ScreenFlow 8.2.2 - When I try and record it doesn't seem to record a file at all?

 

Can anyone help?

  • My guess is you'll need to upgrade to Screenflow 10. Not positive on that but you've changed hardware (M1 chip) and OS. Those are 2 big changes and I'm guessing version 8.x won't work with it.

     That would most certainly not be compatible. 10.0.3 works but there may be some fixes to improve compatibility and fix any issues we may find.
