Video Not Recording
I have my fujifilm x-Pro 2 webcam setup and it is showing as connected in the configure recording window, but when I end the recording the video from that camera is not there.
What am I missing?
Note:
If I use that same camera in OBS
Then if I use OBS as a virtual camera in Screenflow it works.
But I would rather just use the camera directly in Screenflow
Since it shows as an active camera to use, I do not understand why it is not recording
These apps connect to and work fine with that camera
Skype, Zoom , Around & ManyCam

Jimmy Newland The ScreenFlow team is working on a fix as we speak and hope to have it out soon. Unfortunately I am not aware of a workaround at this time.

i have exactly the same problem here, since Screenflow 10.x, the camera recordings are gone. See the preview but no recordings are saved.
Used the latest Apple M1 MacMini, Blackmagic Atem Mini

I'm having the same problem with my Mevo Start. I just paid upgraded to ScreenFlow 10 today (macOS Big Sur 11.4). Is there some sort of private Beta that I can please try to fix this? CraigS

CraigS yes I'm seeing the preview. Same issue as described before... Mevo in webcam mode shows ok in preview but after I start then stop recording no clip shows in screenflow.

Pascal Mabille There was a common problem to all this that we caught and fixed. Many more cameras are going to work now.

Just did the upgrade. I have a Sony a6400 into a Black Magic ATEM Pro and while the video shows as recording on the preview, it does not show as recorded in the timeline. It only saves the audio?

Harrison Painter ScreenFlow does not officially support the Black Magic ATEM, although we understand that it worked in v9 and it stopped in v10. We are currently looking into this and may have a fix available soon if you would like to test, please email desktopsupport@telestream.net

+1 for support for Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro as the camera preview is working in the Configure Recording window, but no recording on the timeline. My workaround has been to use the Elgato Camlink which does work, but would love to be able to use the ATEM with Screenflow 10 as it did work just fine in SF9. Thanks! 👍
