Video Not Recording

I have my fujifilm x-Pro 2 webcam setup and it is showing as connected in the configure recording window, but when I end the recording the video from that camera is not there.
What am I missing?

Note:
If I use that same camera in OBS
Then if I use OBS as a virtual camera in Screenflow it works.
But I would rather just use the camera directly in Screenflow
Since it shows as an active camera to use, I do not understand why it is not recording

 

These apps connect to and work fine with that camera
      Skype, Zoom , Around & ManyCam

    +1 for support for Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro as the camera preview is working in the Configure Recording window, but no recording on the timeline. My workaround has been to use the Elgato Camlink which does work, but would love to be able to use the ATEM with Screenflow 10 as it did work just fine in SF9.  Thanks! 馃憤

    • Ren茅 F眉rst Nice - that's great to hear. I went back to ScreenFlow 9 for now and things work again but hoping the upcoming fix gets everything back to normal with using the ATEM Mini + Screenflow 10.

      Jimmy Newland The beta was distributed to a few people who were willing to test and report to confirm we've fixed the issues. With fixed confirmed the fix should be released in the very near future. We're working as fast as we can to get this out live.

    Hi all,

    I just wanted to confirm that the 10.0.3 Update (7/29/21) resolved the issue with the Blackmagic Atem Mini Pro for me. Recordings from my DSLR plugged into the Atem showed up on the Timeline after stopping the recording.

  • I have version 10.0.8 and I JUST had this error break a major recording for me. Missing my stream from my atem mini plus several other audio sources after stopping a recording.

    Seems this bug is back. Please advise how I can help

      Jason Bowdach The above issue was reported widely and was clearly a bug.  We have many ATEM Mini users not reporting this with 10.0.8. You may have a different issue that also impacts recording.

      It's not clear what OS or Mac model you're using. Since you only mention the ATEM Mini specifically It's not clear whether you're using USB in or HDMI into a video capture device. Also it's not clear if you tested the ATEM Mini in Quicktime recording to see if it's working properly. Please confirm the information above.

      CraigS I am also just now having this issue. I have 10.0.7 version & I'm on a macbookPro. One of my recording files has 4-5 smaller recordings saved together in one file. Some of these recordings didn't record the audio & the others didn't record the screen. This is the first time this has happened. I just wanted to share in hopes it can be fixed if it is still a bug.

      Jen Can you please save your system diagnostics. Shift Help Menu > Gather Support Diagnostices... Gather button and attach to forum or use dropbox or similar and link via forum private message and also do the same for the document in question.

      Post complete system specs and record configuration here so we can also examine on this thread for follow up questions and troubleshooting.

      Your configuration must be reproducible by a technician to determine the cause. You may well have compatibility or configuration issues so we can not determine if this is a bug otherwise.
