Live captions being parsed incorrectly

Hi

I work as Senior Solutions Specialist for Dacast and some of our customers are using Restream and Live Captioning, however we seem not to be parsing the captions correctly.

Can you send me the tech spec on how captions are sent over RTMP and what format they are in so I can get back to my engineering team and they can look further into what the problem might be?

The video attached shows the problem.

As far as I can make out we're displaying a few characters correctly but most everything is dropped.
