I don't see that specific model listed on our supported devices.
We've tested Live Gamer HD and Live Gamer HD 2.
Perhaps it's a driver related issue. Another thing you can try is click on the three dots on the upper right and enable what you see in that list and see if it shows up on the System Device list then.
