Upload bandwidth requirements for two streams

I am currently streaming live content with WC to RTMP server.  WC estimates the bitrate to be 4200k.  Unfortunately my upload speeds are constrained by my provider to about 11- 12Mbps.  But still I am able to provide an uninterrupted stream with my current setup.  My question is, would it be possible to simultaneously stream to my RTMP server and YouTube with my current capabilities?  Thanks.

Ideally, your total encoder settings should be no more than 1/2 of your tested upload speed. That's because the targeted bitrate can fluctuate as can the available bandwidth from your ISP.

If your combined encoders are 4200kbps then 11Mbps should be fine as it's less than half.

If your combined is over 5500kbps then you can lower the bitrate of your streams but you need to do that before you start them.
