Editing Speed Min/Seconds Issue with Video

I was editing a video in screenflow and I'm not sure what I did, but now the video and the red line of the video is moving faster. It seems to have spread out the video  and I'd like to condense it back to the original size and speed.  It looks like the seconds above the video and sound are now spread out into seconds (i.e.: 14m16s, 14m18s, etc)  I looked under the clip inspector, to change this back but it's not the speed of the video I need to change. Any suggestions for how to fix this?

Thanks -

Jen

I'd like to help but there's a lot of missing information. Please read READ BEFORE POSTING and include all the information.  Also, your description seems a bit odd. Please include screenshots.

Here is a video and screen shot. I wasn't sure how to identify the problem in the title. The issue is that the video is now pacing faster than normal. How do I return to regular editing speed? Thanks

Jen Boyd I'm sorry but I honestly don't see an issue with the screencast or screenshot. The audio sounds at normal speed. I don't see any issue with the video either although it's hard to tell.

Last night when I was editing, it seemed like I hit something and then the video was in this new speed. When I was editing previously it was slower. Now the red bar goes much faster and as I'm editing it's not as condensed and as I'm editing, it feels like eels like the video is more expanded.

Here's an example from another video where you can see how it's the normal speed that I want it to go back to. As you can see the audio lines are more condensed. And, for comparison, I included the video in question.

Jen Boyd The speed of the playback scrubber depends on how much of the timeline you display. You can zoom in or out of the timeline. This is a basic and often used function to see a small portion of the timeline for fine editing for example.

You should watch the tutorials to learn how ScreenFlow works.

Okay, thanks. There are a lot of tutorial videos. Which video do I need to watch to provide info on the playback scrubber?

Jen Boyd Getting Started > ScreenFlow Quick Start at 2:20 or so in he mentions one way to zoom into the timeline.

Jen Boyd also the User Guide. Please do read it.
      See Page 96 for example.
