Audio problem (LOW) with PreSonus to Wirecast..

Sorry if im posting at the wrong section but here we go..
So me and my company bought Wirecast for broadcasting to youtube/facebook.
Everything works just fine except one big issue. The Audio.
We use Presonus StudioLive AR12 USB with +2 microphones and it works perfect. No issues what so ever when it comes to input/output audio but however...
When we connect it to our computer and Wirecast our microphones audio is very low. Infact, the mixer in wirecast shows only below -12dB to -24dB meanwhile on the PreSonus mixer its indicate that the microphones working just fine showing up to +6/+10dB.
We really need your help since it seems that there is something wrong with Wirecast or maybe im just to dumb to get it working correctly.

Addition: I know that meter levels are relative and may differ from another. But when we start to record/livestream, the audio is very low, nearly to nothing at all.

Johan Wirecast may also be impacted by computer audio settings.
Can you do a comparative recording of audio through Wirecast to MOV and similar through another program. All unprocessed audio. All using the same source at the same sound level.
You must test in Wirecast 14.1. you don't mention anything about OS or computer so we'd need the complete specs and audio chain. Include screenshots of Wirecast Audio Properties pane and System Device Properties.
It's difficult for me to recommend an exact test without any information about your computer and OS.
