Default Settings For Stereo Computer Audio Recordings
Would you please create an option to record computer audio in stereo as default. I have been recording a lot of tutorials and mostly about music production. I am tired of switching audio channel settings left and right everytime I record a new video. Computer audio should be recorded stereo. Yes indeed it's recording both channels left and right but I really don't like to adjust audio mixer settings on screenflow everytime I record a new video.
Sometimes I forget to adjust those settings and after an hour of rendering I realize that computer audio is mono exported and I have to re-render. Gosh it's annoying. While screenflow 5 made my workflow faster, version 6 is making my workflow slower as a music production tutors.

It looks like this, first 2 channels pan are not set to default left and right. I need to do it manually on each clip, each recording, each project. They should be panned as default.

Emrah It works fine on my system. I capture stereo computer audio and the pots are panned correctly.
Do you have any audio software running in the background such as SoundFlower or some third party utility that installed something audio related?
I'd suggest creating a New User Admin Account, delete all login items for that account, reboot and login to the new account and test capturing the YouTube video I linked to. That will let me know if it's a user or system issue. -

No, I am not using any third party audio software such as soundflower. My audio unit is presonus studio 192. -
Emrah Perhaps it's how ScreenFlow is detecting the driver. Remove the device and any drivers and/or software it installs, reboot, then try capturing you YouTube video.

It does record correctly on built-in output of my mac. But When I switch to presonus 192 studio it records in mono. The thing is I can record in stereo with 192 studio on camtasia 3 demo and capto. -
