Wirecast Gear HDMI issue...

Hi,

This afternoon I received our first Wirecast Gear box... and I'm having issues getting it to see any HDMI source at all. I've tried a couple of different cameras (and all four HDMI ports) and got nothing... am I missing something? It's not just that the feed is black (or blue) within Wirecast - none of the cameras are showing as sources.

    OK, update...I've updated the Magewell drivers (as they may have been deleted by a Windows 10 automatic update) and now the HDMI feeds show within Wirecast but are displayed as a black screen with a red question mark when I try to use them

    Create a New Document and re-aquire the Magewell sources. See if that helps.
    Please make sure you're using Wirecast 7.2 which is the current version.
