Stock Media Library

I subscribed to the Stock Media Library (got email confirmation) but I still cannot access it on ScreenFlow 8: I get the following message (same I got before subscribing) "Stock Media Library Error You must have a valid subscription to the Stock Media Library to download content". What I am missing? I have been trying for half and hour. Is there a step I need to do after subscribing?

    Just upgraded to 9, renewed my Stock Media Subscription and my preferences say it is go through Jan2021, but when I go to use the Stock Media Library, it shows no media. I've submitted a ticket - very frustrating.

    Hi Craig - I actually got a very quick response to my support ticket and it is working now. I just had to exit out and re-open. So, whatever was done, I appreciate it! I really love the Stock Media Library - life saver!

    Bess, It may have been a backend issue in communicating with the Library which should be working reliably now. It's certainly valuable to have when needing something for a project and have it readily available.

    CraigS I have the same issue - I just upgraded to Screenflow 10 and have an ongoing stock media library license until December this year (purchased with Screenflow 9), but this was not automatically transferred to Screenflow 10!

    These things are super annoying as often (as is the case for me right now) there is urgent work to be done which is now not possible due to an unnecessary licensing issue. 

    Could you please help me get this resolved asap? I already submitted a support ticket (twice, without getting any confirmation whatsoever, neither on a confirmation screen nor via email...)

    • David The support desk resolved the issue for me eventually, and yes, this is annoying. Especially when you bear in mind that the very same thing happened when I upgraded from SF 8 to SF 9. I really need SF AND the media library. Anyway, there is hope.

      David try sending a direct email as well to escalate it DesktopSupport. Include your serial number as it'll help them take care of this manually.
