changing the bit rate

Hi,

Me trying to transcode .mov to .wmv file unfortunately I wasn't able to change the bit rate and the bit depth

is this normal for Switch. Because I really need to change the Bit rate and the bit depth.

Currently that's how Switch works. Please fill out the form and request Custom Bit Rate Control.

You can do it with x264 and command line settings but I don't see a WMV equivalent.
