Screenflow 7 hangs on launch. please help!

This is happening about once a week and i use this program regularly for work.  I have had luck in the past clearning the cache file, reinstalling program, clearning .plist but nothing will work anymore.  plus,  i really shouldn't have to be doing any of this for a program i paid for! I currently can't use it because when i launch the program it launches then as soon as i try to use it (i.e. click "new") it hangs.  I'm stuck.  Here is the crash log:
