Vantage forum or category?

Is there a Vantage forum or category? Bottom line, where and how do I ask a Vantage-related question? Thanks!

  • CraigS  OK, I filled out a support ticket to request a forum for Vantage. That's a bit crazy in my opinion but I did it, it seems such a waste of time for support engineers to deal with a forum request but I understand that's the procedure. Thanks for the direction.

  • Jim Young The engineers evaluate request by the form. Keep in mind they would probably want a technician to monitor a forum so it would be a decision involving that department.

    Perhaps you may want to explain to them why you'd want a forum in addition to the already provided means of support. They may need to understand that.

  • yes we need a forum for vantage so that we can help each other and have some kind of a knowledge base of known issues and how to solve them .. it's a wild world out there without even a tiny community .

    Please do request a status update on that. I can inquire about setting up a user forum on the "COW" otherwise.

  • I am really happy to see some interest in this. It's nuts there isn't a Vantage forum like there used to always be on the old forum site.
