Unexplained disconnection - INetStream queueLength too large

I was streaming to Youtube and Facebook. About 2 hours in, Facebook disconnected suddenly, but youtube continued streaming. Was this a result of a software issue on our side, a network issue, or an enforcement action by Facebook?

  • It's possible it could be internet related. Sometimes ISPs develop temporary issues.

The status of Wirecast's streaming health indicator is important. The icon on the upper left should be green. If it goes yellow or red there may be connection issues.

Please use SpeedTest if the issue occurs again (use it immediately after the disconnect) and check for upload speed and packet loss.
