Fixing Obscured ScreenFlow Helper Menu/Icon
ScreenFlow Helper menu disappears when there are many menu icons
When opening ScreenFlow on certain monitors such as 13” MBP/MBA (but this can happen on other monitors as well), the Helper menu and its options are difficult to access.

Start ScreenFlow
Configure Recording pane is observable
Click on macOS Finder/Desktop
Command select ScreenFlow Helper icon and drag to the right to a desired location.
