Screenflow 10.4 and Monteray 12.3.1. Trying to record business coaching sessions on Mac. Screenflow; "Disk full; recording has been stopped

     I'm not quite sure of this but you should be on the current version of ScreenFlow which is 10.0.5 and Monterey 12.4. 
    After having done that and rebooted you should describe your exact setup and workflow. Based on the above, your drive is full. You'd want at least 20% drive free space after you're finished recording. Please free up drive space.
