Unable to Open Switch on My Desktop with Windows 7

Switch Tech Support,

I just purchased Switch 5.0.  After downloading the file to my desktop computer with  Windows 7, I tried to open the program.  It opened for a second, then shut down.  Had the same problem on successive attempts.

Any suggestions, please!
