Inogeni 4K only showing as 1080
Using newest version of Wirecast
I bought an Inogeni 4K capture device last year. I didn't use it until I got a Mac Studio a few months ago. I THOUGHT I was streaming in 4K this fall, but maybe not...
Although I had set my canvas to 4K, today I noticed that Wirecast was showing the Resolution setting as only being 1920 x 1080. I went back to my Windows PC, connected the Inogeni with a 4K camera and it showed the Resolution as being 4K.
I switched back to the Mac, and now it WAS showing Resolution as 4k. But then I switched to a different 4K camera, and I was back at 1920x1080 again, and when I went back to the original camera, that was also back at 1920x1080, and it is staying there. It shows 1920x1080 as 'Default', and no 4K option is shown in the pulldown menu.
Any thoughts as to what is going on?

1) Camera and settings
2) How the Inogeni is connected (USB3 USB-C and you are NOT using a hub)
2) Other USB devices connected (other devices may limit USB bandwidth on the bus)
3) Exact Wirecast Version
4) Exact macOS
5) Screen shot of shot's system Device settings including the pull-down menu
Please understand that for the fastest response to issues and our attempt to troubleshoot, reports MUST ALWAYS INCLUDE details that an engineer can match. If we make assumptions we may get different results and not resolve your issue. This will also take time back and forth to gather that information.

You MUST explain what this means. Could be another shot, another shot with a second capture card, pulled the cable, Wirecast remained open, etc. Sorry but you must describe in the way an engineer can do exactly as you describe.
