Major Ingestion issue

We experienced major disruption last Sunday in our live stream with ingestion delays of 90 seconds or more to our CDN Boxcast. We are using Wirecast Pro Version 15.0.0 We are running Windows 10 and have an NVIDIA GeForce RTX video adapter. Our Render engine is Automatic(Direct3D 12). We are using RTMP to stream.  Our encoder is x264 at 1280x720 with frame rate set at 30, average bit rate 4000 and quality 2. The profile is baseline with a keyframe every 60 frames and timecode every 30. We are using a 1080 canvas and recording a mp4 at the size.

Not sure if this was an internet issue or not but suspect it may be software related.

I am looking for suggestions to prevent this from happening again.

    Please update to Wirecast 15.0.3
    Please test with a "common" CDN such as YouTube and/or Facebook. If they work it may mean there's an issue you have specific to Boxcast.

    If Facebook and YouTube have a similar issue that could mean an internet or ISP issue. If they're good then it could mean a Boxcasst specific issue.
