Callout - Mouse Cursor - No Highlight

There is no highlight when I add a Mouse Cursor callout. The Callout is added. The settings are available, but the mouse is not highlighted. 

Any help would be appreciated!

 

MacOS: Catalina

Screenflow: 7.3.1

     ScreenFlow 7 is not compatible with Catalina. Series 8 is (8.2.6 last version) and the current series 9 (now at 9.0.4) is. You can download the free trial of 9.0.4 to see if the issue is version related.

  • Just as an FYI...ScreenFlow 7 works fine on Catalina. I did the upgrade, but it didn't solve the problem.

      Mouse Cursor Callout added at default settings.
      Works as expected.

     Upgrade to 9.0.4?
    Since we don't have other reports of the issue we'd need details about your system and what you are capturing.
