ATEM Mini as a capture card for Wirecast
I am wanting to buy a Blackmagic ATEM Mini as a capture card for Wirecast. The ATEM has one output with four inputs. Will I be able to control each of the inputs from Wirecast? What kind of card will I need for my computer to connect with the ATEM output?

The ATEM Mini only offers a single output so controlling the sources would have to be done through the ATEM's own hardware or software. The Mini offers USB out (like a webcam) or you can go HDMI out to a video capture device such as Blackmagic Ultrastudio Mini Recorder. It only offers a single output though.
If you want multiple inputs that Wirecast would control you'd want a current Blackmagic Decklink card such as Duo and Quad (four or eight inputs). -

I'm not sure any of the Blackmagic products would work. They would and they list Wirecast on their product page.
Blackmagic Quad HDMI
Magewell also makes multiple HDMI input cards. -
I am thinking about getting an ATEM Mini or ATEM Pro to use with Wirecast but I don't know which one to go with. I want to use Wirecast for my shot layers but I want to use multiple cameras so that is why I want to get the ATEM Mini but still not sure if that will solve my issue. Which one should I get the Mini or Pro to use with Wirecast? Thank you in advance.
