Rendezvous Audio filter and music
We are trying to use Randevous to bring in musicians that have to play during a livestream session. The only issue is that Rendezvous appear to have some audio filter (probably to reduce echo or noise) but this make the sound be like in a phaser or compressor. Is possible to have the original audio without this filter (for example Zoom have this feature called "Original Audio").

CraigS You mean that the feature is not interesting for the audience? I disagree. In general the contribution to the Beta forum seems reduced to few active people, so I don't think it represent the market and not even (I hope for you) the number of Wirecast users. I believe all the active people in this forum shouted out that this is a much needed improvement, then we went silent becouse it fall in the black hole (like my ticket or other suggestions). If you just look on the social (YT, FB) you will see that the majority of livestream recently were about music and/or podcast or guest interview with good quality, and.. none... or very few were hosted with RV. You know I'm a positive contributor but... there should be a recognition that there are certain area where the product is behind the competition, and this include stability, source template, srt, eGPU. and clearly and mainly a stable and decent RV quality (that must include audio quality) . There are others but this just to name a few that should be taken in serious consideration and listen from the people that is willing to see this product improve and keep up with the market and competition.

This implementation is by a different group of Telestream developers. Only when they are ready can the beta developers implement. -

Yes still very much looking forward to any beta update news, my needs in this department are only getting greater and will continue to do so.. none of the higher end platforms seems to have gotten high quality sound + remote guests right yet, so will be great to see what the developers come up with

Christos Vayenas The codec is certainly capable of doing better but does require some programming. The backend team involved in that is certainly aware. When they got that done we can implement the appropriate UI for users.
