Rescale to fit new ratio

I created a vertical ScreenFlow as it was on an iPad screen capture, but it needs to be 16:9 for YouTube. I worked out how to resize the canvas but now all of the objects (callouts and annotations) are off the frame. Is there a quick way to rescale the whole screenflow 'file' including all objects as one or do I have to manually redo or move all the callouts and annotations? I'm using ScreenFlow 6 (yes its old but still does all I need).
