ScreenFlow 10 on two devices
Hi there, many years ago, i bought SF 5 an SF 6 from the App Store each € 99,99. SF 8 i bought from the App for the Upgrade price € 33.36. I could use all this programs on my iMac AND my MacBook. What do I have to buy in order to be able to use SF 10 also on both devices?

Unfortunately, the Mac App Store does not offer any provisions for upgrade pricing. You can purchase ScreenFlow 10 from the Mac App Store at full price or you can get the upgrade price by transferring to a Telestream license.
If you are seeking upgrade pricing, you may use the ScreenFlow Upgrade Tool. This will require that you transfer your license to a Telestream license, upgrade to ScreenFlow 10. This allows for 1 user plus a backup activation, 2 devices total.
As a reminder, ScreenFlow 10 is supported on macOS Catalina 10.15 and Big Sur 11 only, earlier OS versions may not be compatible.

Hi Sandy, today i bougt the upgrade vom SF 8 to SF 10. Since last week i had a new MacBook Air. In my Purchase, there is the Info, that i have 3 Downloads. Screenflow 8 i need on my main iMac, on the Office imac and my macBook. As i want to intall SF 10 on my new MacBook, there comes the Message, that i have exceedet my Activation limit. On my new MacBook Air SF10 says, i am in the Testmodus.
Also on my previos MacBook Air. On the Office iMac runs SF8
Now, i have three Downloads SF10, but it runs only on my main iMac.
I don`t know, where i can deaktivate the Lizenz Key. I don`t have more Devices.
May be, that i forgot to deactivate the Linzenz Key from my old iMac 4 Years ago.
Please help. What can i do?-
Claudia Henrichs You can download the current version of ScreenFlow as well as previous versions from our customer download center ( https://dynamic.telestream.net/downloads/login.asp?prodid=screenflow&message=login ) as often as you would like. If you do not have a log in account go ahead and create one with the email of your choice.
To activate / deactivate an installation of ScreenFlow go to the Licenses tab of the ScreenFlow Preferences ("ScreenFlow->Preferences"). This page has additional information on the process ( https://www.telestream.net/telestream-support/screen-flow/activation.htm ).
You can also use our License Reset Tool to reset all the activations on your license key. That should clear any previous installations that you may have forgotten to deactivate. You find the License Reset Tool here ( https://www.telestream.net/telestream-support/deactivate-software.htm ).

Isn't the problem that I am not allowed to install SF 10 on 2 computers? I found that on their website: "Our software End User Licensing Agreement (EULA) states that you can run your desktop product on one (1) computer at a time."
If that's true, then why do I have three free downloads?
I need SF10 at least on my main computer and on my macBook. Is that possible?

Claudia Henrichs You can install ScreenFlow on as many computers as you like. Only one can be activated at a time. You can move the license as often as you like. Deactivate on the Activated computer and then Activate on another computer. If you're not in front of the computer you want to Deactivate you can then use the License Reset tool mentioned above.
Keep in mind that unactivated ScreenFlow is still fully functional but exports will be watermarked. You only need to move the Activation or move the Document to the Activated computer when you're ready to export.
