Media-Created date is incorrect on recorded files
This may seem subtle, but worth mentioning.
On the system described below, I've noticed that for any recording made by Wirecast (whether a Program recording or an ISO recording), the Media-Created date, as found in the recording's metadata, is exactly 4 hours off. The actual file Created and Modified dates, however, are correct.
For example, according to the Windows property sheet for a Wirecast recording called MyStream_1.mp4, the Created date is shown as Tuesday, April 13, 2021, 10:28:27 PM, and the Modified date as Tuesday, April 13, 2021, 11:28:31 PM. These are both correct. However, the Media Created date, as shown on the Details property page in that same sheet, is reported as 4/31/2021 6:28pm, or exactly 4 hours earlier than the Created date.
I've confirmed that the machine's clock and time zone (EDT) are both set correctly.
This is even more noticeable when viewing these files in a Windows Explorer view that is optimized for Video, since in that view it displays the Media Created date as a column instead of the file timestamp.
Any idea why there would be this discrepancy? I do not see it on video files being created by other apps.

As a tip related to this, I have been noticing that quite often when using File Explorer to view the list of video captures, it produces a lot of disk activity (even on a fast SSD) that can cause that list to take up to 5-6 seconds to update, even to the point of dropping frames if a recording is in progress. I've found that this problem is eliminated by switching the folder properties to optimize for General Items rather than Videos, perhaps because in this mode, it doesn't need to examine the metadata in each file when populating the columns.
