I do not have the white background icon, i have the other icon withOUT the white background for screenflow 9.07. Do i uninstall the software and install it again to get the correct icon? This is while i am in the security and privacy settings.

James Nutter Do you have multiple versions of ScreenFlow installed?
If not, you should be OK.

I have multiple versions on some systems. Right Click Show in Finder will let you know which version the icon points to.

CraigS no just one version. It works now after i copy and paste and avoid using the plus menu key on the right after the fifth one.

Hey all-I have Catalina but am still having the same issues...or similar.
I finally got the permissions to allow screen capture (while I was typing this) but it still will not allow me to record the desk top.
Any help would be so appreciated.-
Michael Melkers Sometimes the computer needs a reboot after permissions are given for ScreenFlow 10. Reboot and try again.
