Upgrade pricing

Good afternoon.
Please tell us we have a license key. But why does the support and latest updates update require $199 instead of $99? We do not acquire, we renew.

      You don't mention the version you have so I can't provide specifics.
      This is the pricing.
       

       


      It depends on the version. Also it depends on whether you have Studio or Pro and whether you have Insider or Premium support (support is always part of the upgrade).

      CraigS Ok, how do I know what version we have?
      Looks like the normal version. We have invoices where we paid $99. And now I enter the key and it tells me that I have to pay 199 dollars. Can you help with this?

     Yes that's a typical standard support that includes free upgrades.

      Ilqar I'd need to know what version number you have, whether your support has expired, and what you are trying to purchase.

      CraigS we had some difficulties with version 14. We removed it and downloaded version 15 from the site. The latest one. We have the key, but the app says we can't use version 15 because we haven't purchased the support package and free updates.

      The cost may depend on whether version 14 support expired. You should be able to upgrade from within version 15 using the version 14 serial number.

      If support isn't expired it will activate. If support has expired you'd need to pay for new support from within the program.

      Ilqar Please contact support directly by email desktopsupport@telestream.net to fix the license update issue.

      You need to explain why you can't update. Just download and install if you have paid support. Nothing blocks that in fact even if you don't have support but it'll go into demo mode.
