X-Keys In Ones Production Yes or No?
I didn't see a section that talked about X-Keys alone so I'm posting this here. I just wanted to give a quick review of the X-Keys as I took the plunge and order one for my production. All I can say it is worth every penny. I love the build and the response to Wirecast. Being able to create a hot button is also amazing. Having the option to hit the "multi-viewer" is another plus...

CraigS Hello,
I'm not able to set up my hotkeys in the latest version of Wirecast. Have you seen any issues or is it just me? I was able to get the H1 key to work with clearing all shots but nothing after that. Also, should I be able to select "global" in the preferences and see the key binding?

Did you start with a new document?
Have you tried resetting preferences?
I have no problem creating shortcuts in 14.0.1 on macOS 10.15.6

CraigS is that with your xKeys? I'm unable to get mine to work as far as the hotkeys. Could it be because of the following screenshot?

Will Johnson First try creating the shortcuts by themselves.
X-Keys should otherwise work though. You can configure them to use with configurable X-Keys but make sure the X-Keys is working. Make sure the shortcuts are working by themselves.
Shortcuts can certainly be setup in Wirecast, just not Global (Wirecast must be the focused app). -
CraigS, Did I tell you how awesome you are? YOU ARE AMAZING... thank you for putting up with so much and still rising to the challenge. I used the Shift Key on my keyboard and BAM! my hotkeys now work. I'll chalk this up to user error on my part. lol
