Captioning Alternative

With Telestream ending their Cloud Service, does anyone have a good alternative for live captioning?  I have researched both Caption.ninja and CaptionSync (recommended by Telestream as replacements) but neither of them seem to be embedded closed caption that will appear within my video player.  Is there anything that would provide the same type of captioning that the Cloud Service was able to deliver?
