Rendezvous guests can't hear anything. I can hear the guest but they can't hear me
I have had to flush some great guests down the drain because of this...In the rendezvous window my audio and video outputs are set correctly but the guest can see me and not hear me..i've had some guests wear headphones and it's worked fine. Now all of my guests can't hear me even though I hear them.
Have you updated to Wirecast 11?
Perhaps there's an issue with the mic you're using in Rendezvous?
Are you using the same mic in a Wirecast shot?
Have you tried calling in from another computer local to you so you can hear what the guests might be hearing?
Perhaps the guests have issues with their monitoring. The best way you can confirm it's an actual problem sending the audio is for you to call in locally on another computer and hear (perhaps have someone in the room take your place using that mic).Reply
